So Microsoft took the stage first in the battle of the consoles for this mornings E3. You're Xbox Gold Memberships will carry!

Many great games where shown like Dead Rising 3, Witcher 3 and of course a new Halo. This Halo was just a quick teaser but had some of the best graphics I've ever seen. Other confirmed titles include a NEW Star Wars Battlefront and a game called TitanFall. A Xbox-one exclusive which is made by past members of Infinity Ward, and looks like COD with a Mech twist. COD Ghosts is slated for a release date of November 5th, 2013, so I'm assuming that the console will also be released by then.

**Video 1 Borrowed From Xbox**

Demo plays of Battlefield 4 were shown and of course after a few failed attempts the demo gameplay was shown and well worth the wait. It looks like if you're interested in Battlefield 4, this would be the ideal console to play it on! Looks fresh! The full list of confirmed and unconfirmed and possible dates can been seen on IGN's Website (by clicking the name)

The console is confirmed to be $499.99 and be launching sometime in November. Preorder now before the first allotment is out now at Gamestop!

Ubisoft's biggest title shown was the Tom Clancy's Divison coming out for the Ps4 and Xbox-One, which story seems to be just like the movie Contagion but of course with a Medal of Honor twist. You have a group of soldiers called the "Divison" put in place when everything else fails. Granted it's post pandemic feeding off the paranoia of Black Friday etc... IT could be a prequel to Last of Us. Another cool aspect is using the tablet in order to control air strikes, so you can help out you're friends on the go.

**Video 2 Borrowed From Ubisoft**

The biggest thing is this game is a MMORPG finally one brought to the console which looks great. The interactive feel to it is borrowed from Watch Dogs, giving you the perspective on whats going on, seeing the controls and call outs! Finally it has a true MMORPG and shooter feel.

The Crew a racing game, just like Need For Speed and essentially Fast Five type deal looks great. Everyone has a role, for this racing MMO. It's gonna be great. You will be traveling throughout the US changing you're cars, no realism just arcade and fun. Customizing cars while on you're tablet is a great concept to get them in the game later on.

Sony TIME!

Only 20 minutes past what time they promised us!

New vita games coming, like this summer Telltale Games Walking Dead, 404 days which will be a vita bundle coming with now all 6 episodes of the game. And of course Final Fantasy X and X-2 have been announced for it. One exclusive PS4 game called The Order and looks great, I hate to say it but Van Helsing meets Fuse! Can't wait to see where that goes!

**Video 3 Borrowed From IGN**

February Titles:
Killzone Shadow Falls - Launch Title
Drive Club - Launch Title
InFamous Second Son - Q1 2014
Knack - Launch Title

The Dark Sorcerer essentially resembled the plot twist of Iron Man 3 with the Mandarin.  And course from Square Enix we we're offered two amazing trailers, Final Fantasy versus XIII or Final Fantasy XV a whole new adventure! And then Kingdom Hearts 3 which is still IN production. Epic trailers for both, which are exclusives for PS4.

If you need a fix for either now, Final Fantasy XIV will be coming soon and of course Kingdom Hearts 1.5 ONLY on PS3.

Of course more and more Last of Us trailers but a sick Beyond: Two Souls trailer showing a military and whole other side than what has been showed thus far!

Games like Batman and GTA V will have epic exclusives, while Batman's story and new trailer looks amazing still not revealing all the assassin's BUT Joker will in fact be in the game! Also combat and detective skills look epic.

Elder Scrolls Online coming to PS4 as well as PC.

We finally see PS4 and it looks like a giant black wii. The game will in fact play used games with no restrictions!
NO ONLINE needed to play, never need to check in online if don't want to! If you don't connect within 24 hours like Xbox One no worries. All PS+ memberships carry over! Free PS4 titles for Plus members.

What could be better than a slap in the face of Microsoft and end the conference with Destiny. Reminds me of Mass Effect, Halo and other type shooter games. Actually cloud based technology won't start till 2014, US first.

$399.99! NO DATE!?!?! A wise move?

Nintendo's Direct Conference @ E3 2013, starts off very choppy and laggy from their website. After seeing some great features on to connecting better with you're Pokemon it was confirmed that X and Y would be released October 12th, 2013 worldwide!

**Video 4 Borrowed From Nintendo**
A fantastic trailer for Super Smash Bros 3DS and Wii U. Promising two titles and hopefully cross gameplay.

The next title shown after buffering every 3 seconds is Super Mario 3D World which looks just like Super Mario RPG and Super Mario 3D Land combined. But with multiplayer. This will be launched in December! Now Mario Kart 8 i.e Mario Kart Inception! Coming Spring 2014.

Now a new Wii Party U, you will indeed a wii u tablet with hundreds of mini games and feature games. They pushed the date back to further notice, along with Wii U Fit to October and December respectively.

The Legend of Zelda Windwaker HD remake looks amazing, the Tingle Tuner portal you can use with MiiVerse so you can get help and the comments will watch on shore to help! Seeing as Gamecube and GBA are now obsolete.  WITH a release date of October.

Finally a new Donkey Kong. You have once again two player multiplayer! Donkey Kong Country Tropical Freeze coming this November.  And another trailer of X, which looks like Final Fantasy, Xenoblade and Borderlands 2 all rolled into one.

Stay tune for all the latest news and updates as they become available.

So far in my opinion Sony stole the show while Microsoft and Nintendo definitely lacked in winning over the crowd.

A mere month after excitedly writing about how a long awaited (spiritual) sequel to Eternal Darkness was in the works, it now appears that the project is in serious jeopardy. The developer of the game is also being a little shady as well.

As I mentioned last month, with Nintendo still owning the actual Eternal Darkness name, the folks over at Precursor Games, many of whom were on the original Eternal Darkness team, were taking matters into their own hands and were crown funding a spiritual successor. At the time when I wrote the article, they were not using any of the traditional crowd funding sites like Kickstarter, instead doing all of the fund raising on their own site.

Their fund raising goal was 1.5 million dollars for the first episode of the twelve that were planned. Despite a very good initial burst of donations, about 100,000 on the first day, the donations started drying up pretty quickly. They then decided to use Kickstarter as well as their own site in hopes of boosting donation. Sadly, it only worked a little. Four weeks into the six-week donation window, the donations on each site are only at about 150,000, for a total of roughly 300,000, which is obviously well short of the 1.5 million goal.

Image 2:

This is where things start to get a little shady. Precursor posted the following message on their Kickstarter page on June 4.

"To our community,

Since we announced this Kickstarter campaign we have seen more support from our community than we had ever hoped for. Along with this support has come a host of a new exciting opportunities that will make the game better than we envisioned. As a result, we have chosen to temporarily take down the Shadow of the Eternals crowdfunding campaigns on both Kickstarter and our own website on Thursday, June 6.

This doesn’t mean we are going away -- far from it. We’ll be re-launching the Kickstarter in just a few short weeks with a reveal of these exciting new developments.

As we’re closing the current Kickstarter campaign not a single dime from this campaign will be removed from supporters’ accounts and everyone from our website’s crowd-funding campaign will receive full refunds via PayPal. As we re-tool our campaign and continue development, the forums on our site will remain open and active and any interested fans can still join the ‘Order of the Unseen’ to see our progress and join in the fun of creating content for the game themselves.

We want to thank everyone who has participated, volunteered, and spoken up to support us. You are our community and we value you more than you know. Stay tuned and we’ll be back soon!"

Paul Caporicci + Precursor team

Image 3:
There are a couple problems I have with this message. The first one is that they don’t, and of as the writing of this article still have not, said anything about what those possible “exciting new opportunities” are. Further, they say they are closing the Kickstarter campaign, but they aren’t closing it for 2 days. They have the ability to close it right away but are waiting 2 days. If the campaign is being closed, what’s the reason for keeping the donation page open?

Also, they say they are going to return all of the money that was donated on their website, but once again, they have yet to do so.

Another thing I want to know is, even if they they do re-launch in a few weeks with a re-tooled campaign, how are they expecting to even get all of the original investors back. For me personally, if I had been an investor, I would be a little weary of doing so again. I still have high hopes that this game will eventually come out and be everything they are promising it to be.

Despite my hopes though, I now have serious doubts as to whether this game will actually be released unless the exciting new opportunities involve either an actual publisher or at least a business partner of some sorts to ease the financial burden.

So with E3 only a few short days away, I figured it was time to tell you what I wanted for Christmas...I mean E3 this year!

So I'll go now each system and tell you what I want in terms of games from the respective companies and why?

Okay?

To bad you're reading the article this far, might as well keep reading!

From the folks at Microsoft!

Xbox 360, I'm excited to see a Witcher 3, which was announced months ago, but Witcher 2 was so much fun on the 360, I hope the sequel is on current gen! Witcher is one of those PC games that was meant for console!!

Xbox One, I'd love to see more on this Quantum Break which is made by Remedy Entertainment who also brought us Alan Wake, a reason to own a Xbox 360. SO are seeing the quick trailer at Microsoft's unveiling, I'm hoping to see more. The teaser can be seen below!

**Borrowed From HDPLAYR**

Now for Nintendo I expect them to shift into 5th gear on this one!

For the Wii U, you probably think I'm going to ask for Zelda but NOPE I want to see more on Wonderful 101. To me it looks like Nintendo craziness and Viewtiful Joe all rolled up into epic game.

Check out Nintendo's teaser trailer:

**Borrowed From Nintendo**

Now for their 3DS it's simple Pokemon X and Y. I want to know everything about this game and why it should be on the 3DS. Don't get me wrong it's about time seeing as the 3DS has been out for about 2 years, and to me Black and White 2 where awful. I want the best Pokemon adventure with all new pokemon, as long as I can get Sandshrew an can use him in 3D everything will be okay!

Maybe if Nintendo was smart they'd make a game like Pokemon Z for Wii U that can port you're games over from a 3DS kind of like Pokemon Battle Revolution BUT BETTER! We have the technology so let's use it. The 3DS is compatible of being a second controller.

Finally we have Sony, who is also like Microsoft revealing a new console.

I bet you can't guess what Playstation 3 game I'm excited for!

Both main characters were in Marvel movies, one playing a villain the other played a hero.

Give up? I'm pumped for Beyond: Two Souls!

This game is coming from Quanitc Dreams, the wonderful creators of Heavy Rain, and now that they're using a 100% of their physics engine, this will be the most beautiful game of all time.

 **Borrowed From Sony**

Now for they're new console the Playstation 4, many games have caught my eye.

But most recently the game Knack, which will be a Sony exclusive. It's essentially a next gen Little Big Planet but with touches of Crash Bandicoot, God of War and Katamari games all rolled into epicness. I can't wait to play it. From the trailers I've seen it also looks a lot like Incredible Hulk!

Now you know what I'm excited for!

By: Nevill Adeyeye

Nevill told us, "with 2 hot new consoles coming out and Nintendo doing things a little different this year my fellow gamers and myself at Our Honest View are pretty excited for all the coverage and new to be coming out in the following week or so. I'm here today to talk about 4 of my most excited games that are going to be shown at E3 this year.

1: Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain. Kojima got my pants very tight with the Phantom Pain trailer he put out not to long ago, which made me go back and pick up a copy of Metal Gear Solid 4. After putting about 7 hours into it got stale and boring, but the Phantom Pain brought all that back. Especially now that
Kiefer Sutherland is rumored to be playing..SNAKE

2: Dragon Age III Inquisition: Bio-wares Short comings with Dragons Age 2 puts their backs to the wall, and with Mass Effect 3 not being the total package most people wanted I fell like Bio-Ware is going to come out of the gate swing and HOPEFULLY show some gameplay or something for the next gen.

3: Beyond Two Souls: SO this game is being made by Quantic Dream............. They made Indigo Prophecy and Heavy Rain........... NUFFF SAID!!!! Well Gabe already said everything else!

4:  New Final Fantasy Title: I could really get into the FF 13 series, but not matter what I will always have faith in Square Enix to bring me something that I can get my teeth into hopefully they deliver."

After speaking with Nevill, I turned my attention to talking with Adam Zimmerman, the video game ninja. He seems to be the most neutral to every video game and has the most experience playing!

He had this to say, "If I were to list everything I wanted to see at this years E3, it would take til after
Adam Zimmerman
E3 was finished to read the entire list. So to save everyone a lot of time, I’ll keep it a little broad.
From Nintendo, even though they aren’t doing a traditional press conference like Sony or Microsoft, I still want to see a strong showing from them. They have already showed off their “new” hardware with the WiiU and 3DS XL. I don’t want to see them announce another 8 colors for the 3DS or something stupid like that.

"I also don’t want to see them focus on new services or features. All I want from them is for them to address their biggest issue from the last 3 home console generations, which has been a lack of games. Yes they have had their great first party games, but can any of you remember the last great game on a Nintendo console that wasn’t made by Nintendo? Resident Evil maybe? Heck, I would go all the way back to Eternal Darkness. They need games, and lots of them. Of course I’d like to see new titles in their core franchises like Mario, Mario Party, Zelda, etc. I’d also love to see an Animal Crossing game for the WiiU that worked with the upcoming Animal Crossing: New Leaf for the 3DS (check out the review for this game within the next couple of days). Beyond those titles though, I want, and they need, some exclusive new franchise that can compete with the Halo’s, Gears of War’s, and God of War’s of the world. I’m not saying they need something as violent as God of War, but they need something for the mature audience that is exclusive to their console. When the WiiU was unveiled they touted that there were going to be games from lots of 3rd party developers aimed at the mature audience. Outside of a few initial ports of games from other systems like Batman and Mass Effect though, that really hasn’t happened."

Ask for for Microsoft and Sony he said, " I want the exact same thing. I want to know all about their new systems. I want to know when they are coming out, how much they are going to cost, and what the launch games are going to be. I am sick of hearing about what’s coming out in the “launch window” as far as games go. That’s about a 4 month time period. I want to know exactly how much money I am going to have to plunk down on day one to get all the stuff I must have. Also, just like Nintendo, I don’t want them to focus on new services the systems will provide. I want all the focus to be on the hardware and the games.

Besides all the games that have already been announced and shown off a bit already, there are new games being made in certain franchises that I would love to see make some kind of appearance at E3. Dragon Age 3, Rainbow 6, and the new Mass Effect trilogy lead that list for me. I know some info has already come out about 2 of those games, but nothing for a while now. I want more! Some other games I would love to see new entries announced for would be a new Ratchet and Clank, Fallout, and the game that I will most likely be pining for until the day I die, a new Road Rash. As far as Ratchet goes, I mean a real Ratchet and Clank, not a crappy entry like All 4 One or Full Frontal Assault (which still hasn’t been released on Vita like it was supposed to way back in November)."

What are you looking forward to?

**This Review Contains Spoilers**

**You've Been Warned**

So we start off season three with a bang!

A much confusing bang, but a band nonetheless. Season three takes place 4 months after the events of season 2. We start off with Dr. Deaton's daughter saving Issac from the pack of Alphas. Well twin Alphas that can actually shapeshift into one enormous Alpha!

We then shift to Scott who out of all the characters seems to have changed the most. He's bigger, smarter and wants a tattoo. This is obvious to symbolize the idea of him getting his own pack and wanting a symbol like the opposing group of Alphas. Of course at first he goes through all the pain of the tattoo, only for it to heal!

After a encounter with Lydia and Alison on the highway, Lydia makes a joke that Jackson moved to London after training with Derek. This is a little play on the movie American Werewolf in Paris I'm guessing?

Anyways we see strike one in the list of omens, a deer runs straight into Lydia's car and Scott can tell that the deer is afraid.

Image 2:

While at school Scott is summoned to the hospital while it's Isaac's wish before he is put into a coma by the Alphas posing as doctors. At school Stiles sees a bite mark on Lydia and begins to foreshadow coming events, once that happens man crows begin to crash through the windows of the class room, blood goes flying everywhere of course, and that makes strike three! Obviously we're building up to something big!

I like adding all this new supernatural ideas and other powers for werewolves is good, because they're keeping the other creatures to a minimal and keeping the true roots of the name alive. I'm sure like season two they'll be a new breed of something!

Scott of course after helping what he believes is a blind bystander manages to stop the elevator just in time to fight a Alpha and save Issac. This was a great fight, in a confined area between two werewolves and something new!!

Of course Derek to the recuse, and he stops the Alpha for enough time to get away.

Derek then burns a tattoo into Scott's arm for him with fire, claiming that the tattoo is now a open wound to represent the wound Alison left for him. Still in my opinion foreshadowing the future of him becoming a ALPHA! This seems to be a reoccurring theme of symbols to represent power and leadership.

Even the Deaton's seem to have their own and of course other supernatural powers!

Dr.Deaton's daughter is then attacked by the entire pack, twins, a girl nurse and of course a doctor are revealed to be some of the Alphas, but Derek warned Scott there must be a leader! Another great fight, she can kick ass, but against a team of Alphas no such luck!

Image 3:

This made me sad because you got no real feel of her character but through other characters and her performance was cut short. Now we must see through all the other characters.

And no surprise!

It's the blind man, and as he kills the daughter he is warned about what the man Scott will become!

We then see Boyd and Erica still alive and holding on together for hope presuming!

Don't get me wrong this episode had some huge points, like placing all the Alphas in everyday society based around the group of Werewolves in Beacon Hills, and a character change for the positive for Scott!

Our Honest View gives, Teen Wolf; Tattoo (S.3/Ep.1 2013) a 8.9/10. This was a great season premier but it was suffocated by some many emerging plot lines and unanswered questions from the previous season. If they're going to abandon ideas they should have buried them in the premier rather than start a whole bunch of new ones.

Telltale Games released this little video on their twitter account today; Walking Dead (https://vine.co/v/b3gbMwUuD1x)

There is two things that this "Day 2" video teased, one a new character named Vince and two a shirt with the letters, "TTG"

Now now this could be a new part to the earlier Walking Dead game. So many questions where left unanswered.

Who were walking towards Clementine at the end?

What ever happened to poor Clementine?

Did Kenny die?

I'm hoping that this is Telltale Games' sequel to answer these questions!

If not they are working on a new project called The Wolf Among Us. Which has been sided until later on in 2013 but nevertheless is coming out.

When interviewed earlier this year, Telltale Games' promised to have a season two of Walking Dead by fall of 2013.

On May 31, Naughty Dog, finally released the long awaited demo for The Last of Us. If the rest of the game plays as well as the demo, the race for 2013 Game of the Year, with no disrespect to some of the excellent games that have already come out this year like Ni No Kuni and Tomb Raider, will start right here.

The Last of Us is a new franchise from Naughty Dog, the company that has previously brought us the Jak and Daxter and Crash Bandicoot series', as well as the Playstation 3’s preeminent game franchise, Uncharted. It looks like they have struck gold once again. The Last of Us is an action/survival game. It takes place after a plague wiped out much of the world’s population. Mother nature is reclaiming what were once the great cities of the world. Survivors are killing each other for weapons, food, and any other resources needed to survive. The character you play as, Joel, is a grizzled, brutal survivor who is hired to smuggle a young, 14 year old girl named Ellie out of Boston, where the game starts, and take her across the country.

The demo places you in the Outskirts level. Your goal is to make it through the city to the capital building. You don’t actually get to play the whole level so you don’t see how the level ends, but it sets the stage. You start out exploring of foraging for supplies in long abandoned buildings. Through the course of the demo it walks you through the basics of exploration, combat, stealth, and upgrading your equipment. The stealth segment is appropriately tense, the combat is brutal, and upgrading and creating equipment is easy and straight-forward.

The exploration and foraging at the beginning of the demo has you searching desks and cabinets, climbing over and crawling under debris, and picking up everything you find to aid you in crafting and upgrading equipment later on. The stealth segment involved sneaking around a Clicker. Clicker’s are infected who whose heads have been effectively ruined by the infection, so they use a bat like radar to find their prey. They are very strong, but can only find you through their radar, so they can be avoided.

To get around it in the demo you need to hide behind cover, and use thrown bricks or bottles to distract it so you can move between cover and eventually out of the room without being seen. The demo ends with a challenging fight of you versus several infected. If you aren’t careful they will surround and overwhelm you.

My personal strategy was to upgrade my melee weapon right before the fight, sneak up on the first infected and take him out with the few pistol bullets I had. The sound of the gun attracted the rest of the infected, including a Clicker, and took them out with my melee weapon first and then beat up the last 2 with my bare hands. The combat is not for the faint of heart, with finishing off enemies by breaking off shivs in their necks, or bashing their skulls in with pipes among other things. I would love to write more about the demo, but there wasn’t enough demo to write a ton about, which leads to my only problem with the demo.

I only problem I did have with the demo for The Last of Us was simple, it was too short. Don’t get me wrong, as I stated above it was very good, but it was also very short. After all the hype of being able to access the demo through God Of War: Ascension, it was over way too soon for me. I guess that is a compliment in a way that I wanted to keep playing, but it took longer to download and install the demo than it did to play it.

The actual gameplay of the demo lasted about 10 minutes.

The demo is only available for now to those that own, or at least can borrow, a copy of God of War: Ascension. Right on the main menu of GoW there is an option to download the Last of Us demo. Once downloaded you no longer need the God of War disc, and the demo is accessed on your PS3 system in the same place all of you other downloaded games and demos are.

Our Honest View gives The Last of Us demo a 9.5 out of 10. This game looks like it is going to be a leading contender for 2013 Game of the Year. The only reason I knocked the score down a half point is because the demo was over way too soon.

Upon gaining back the rights to the Power Rangers franchise, Saban Company sought after one other Japanese franchise they sold to Disney a number of years ago. DIGIMON!

And I can't wait.

This is suppose to be the best season yet of Digimon, with darker themes, better enemies and of course the mother of all team ups. I thought at the end of Season 2 when every Digidestined teamed up to fight evil, that was the ultimate team up but NOPE.

Well let's hope he adapts that aspect.

Just like with Power Rangers Super Megaforce! Now Nicktoons is starting to air all original episodes of Digimon for the first time in the US in nearly five years. This starts Mondays on Nicktoons @ 8pm.

Originally called Digimon Xros Wars, was broken up into three parts!
  •  Xros Wars
  • The Evil Death Generals and the Seven Kingdoms
  • The Young Hunters Who Leapt Through Time

I hope they break up Fusion into three parts I want what every other country was able to see.

Digimon Fusion hits the television world on the US this Fall!

I was very excited to see that Donkey Kong was getting a reboot to the Nintendo 3ds. And instead of making a whole new game, they decided to take probably one of the best Donkey Kong's of all time; Donkey Kong Country Returns for the Wii.\

It was a fantastic game, that added a new twist to the series. More complex levels and added even more difficulty to the side scroller that we know and love.

This port over to the 3DS does just that and more for the series. It sure brings the difficulty level to a whole new level and I found myself spending hours on just one or two of the levels. Nintendo tries to level with you (made a pun) on this one by giving you the two player aspect. Yes this game is two player co-op for two friends in veracity and game.

The game starts off with a bang, and I mean BANG. I nice volcano explosion to supplement some great cut scenes and beginning to this game. But before you can even get to that point you must choose, new mode or original mode. Original mode is the exact same thing as the Wii version ported over nothing new or fancy about it. While new mode is supposedly graphically better and more challenging.

Yes it is definitely more challenging but graphically it is a HUGE step down from the Wii version. There is so much going on in the game the framerate is the one aspect Nintendo didn't really put the time into. Don't get me wrong this is a wonderful game even with a this issue. The point of the game is you and Diddy Kong teaming up again to kick some major but and get some bananas. Which adds some fun using Diddy Kong seeing as he helps you glide a bit with his jetpack. This helps with A LOT with the amount of challenges of this game.

Image 2:

The biggest probably being collecting everything. There is so much to acquire such as puzzle pieces, the most bananas, and of course the letters for the name "Kong". Lots of them SEEM impossible but if you have the ability to go back, DO SO.

The controls were nicely ported over. You basically only use "X" to smash things and sometimes to "A" to roll and take things down. This simplifies things to a point and makes it easier to get past most levels.

Our Honest View gives Donkey Kong: Country Returns 3D, 8.2/10. This is a great port from the original Wii version. Granted it's plagued by graphics and difficulty, so much more is put into this game making it a fantastic and long game.
