Let me start off by reminding you guys that I play all types of games, even movie games but this game was just painful.

I do believe that even movie games have potential  but you can also tell when the companies decide just to use a crappy game as advertising for a movie.

Now with this game I couldn't even finish it, it was that painful.

Let's talk about how bad it was okay?

For one it has weird voice actors that aren't the stars from the movie, and they are not put in to be speaking proportionately with the animations.

Graphically this game looks like a PS1 game, even Homefront looked better than this game. Which is surprising seeing as they  attempt to put many nice cars in the game. These cars look like crappy matchbox cards and not even real.

Yes there is more!

The physic mechanics in this game are so off, the first mission is you causing mayhem as Shaw or Levtty. The cops eventually persue you and when you smash into them, they can go flying down the street flipping several times and of course be fine. NOPE I don't care what I'm playing if I slam into you doing a 150 and you go flying and roll 8 or 9 times you're not getting back up!

A negative and positive to the game is the story. For one it's just repeating most scenes from Fast Five and what I would guess Fast and Furious Six. This is bad because I don't want to replay most missions I want a story that bridges the gap between the two movies. I assume this will happen eventually but it's to painful to try.

While one of the missions is what I would assume as Brian and Tej driving the safe through Rio and not Dom. This is not realistic at all, we could be driving and about 20 feet apart and the safe would be in front of us, DOESN'T MAKE SENSE

It is cool however to get to play through the best scene of Fast Five though it's poorly done.

I truly HOPE the movie wasn't made as poorly as this game but it's to bad to actually write a good review on it.

HOWEVER I can positively say the music is awesome, many songs from the soundtrack are in the game which makes the first mission barable at minimum.

Our Honest View gives Fast & Furious Showdown 1.5/10. Amazing soundtrack horribly everything else. I can't believe I lasted a hour of gameplay, I don't wish this on anyone.

Replay Value: Nonexsistent
